It comes with basically everything included and it’s close the campus. My apartment is very spacious and maintenance is really quick as well. The only downfalls would be some of the noise from the neighbors and the pet breed restrictions. Management isn’t really that great and doesn’t communicate well either. I always go in person or call them. Also if you don’t keep up with cleaning and spraying for pest you will see bugs.
